Kirk Beetley

With 39 years of experience in the collision industry, Kirk began his journey at his family's auto body shop, LeMans Body & Paint, founded in 1959. He played a pivotal role in expanding the business to multiple locations while forging strong relationships with key insurance carriers. Although the industry presents both challenges and excitement, he places a high value on the connections established with employees and customers. In 2013, Kirk sold the company to explore opportunities in commercial real estate, concentrating on leasing collision facilities.

In 2024, he and his wife settled in Palm Desert, where he recognized the area's vibrant car culture. This realization prompted him to return to the industry, teaming up with lifelong friends to create a top-tier experience for vehicle owners and customers in the Coachella Valley.

Webb Farrer

As the president and founder of WEBBWAX, Webb Farrer has dedicated over 42 years to serving automotive enthusiasts in Los Angeles. He offers a comprehensive range of personalized automotive services that include sourcing classic and contemporary cars internationally for clients and managing the maintenance, restoration and development of car collections. Webb is recognized for his attention to detail and commitment to high standards, qualities that have earned him respect among car collectors worldwide.

His expertise has assisted numerous clients in achieving prestigious accolades, including First Place and Best of Show at renowned car shows like Pebble Beach and Goodwood Festival of Speed. Webb has also played a key role in providing museums with expert vehicle handling for display purposes, successfully overseeing the installation of various car exhibits worldwide. Together with his team, he ensures the meticulous transportation and placement of multi-million-dollar vehicles, always prioritizing the highest level of care.

Ross Kulkin

In 1992, Ross began his automotive career, inspired by the Beetley family he joined Le Mans Body & Paint, where he developed his passion under the mentorship of Kirk Beetley. During his time there, Ross held various roles, including estimator and manager, eventually advancing to regional manager, where he oversaw 70 employees across three locations. It was during this period that he met Webb Farrer, who started a detailing business. Ross later transitioned to a role as a field appraiser at Progressive Insurance, where he became a supervisor.

With 34 years of experience in the industry, Ross has owned an independent appraisal company and a body shop. He is I-CAR certified and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification in auto body efficiency. Additionally, Ross served as general manager for major multi-shop operations (MSOs) including Caliber, Gerber, and Crash Champions.
